As part of the installation of electrical networks by the company ENEDIS, a hydraulic breaker needs to be used at the base of the Résidences Séquence and Synopsis on the Allée de Seine in Saint-Denis, from 26 October between 8am and 7pm for 2 around weeks. The use of the hydraulic breaker will not be continuous, but during this time, there is a risk of occasional noise nuisance.

The width of the pavement will be temporarily reduced, but pedestrian flow and access to the square will be maintained.
