A new stage in the construction of the Athletes’ Village.

On the 18 and 19 December 2019, Nicolas Ferrand, SOLIDEO’s CEO, signed sales commitments for Sectors D (south of the Cité du Cinéma) and E (next to Saint-Ouen old town) of the Athletes’ Village in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine with the consortia: Caisse des Dépôts (CDC), Icade Promotion and CDC Habitat (sector D) and Nexity SA, Eiffage Immobilier IDF, CDC Habitat, Groupama Immobilier (sector E).

These signatures mark an important stage in the construction of the Athletes’ Village: the implementation of the project.

Designed above all for the heritage of the 2024 Games, the neighbourhood will eventually become a new living space.
