The construction of the lots in sector E of the Athletes’ Village has been awarded to the Nexity, Eiffage Immobilier IDF, Groupama Immobilier and CDC Habitat consortium:
- 524 family housing units,
- Approximately 13,500 m²,
- 5,600 m² of ground floor shops and services
- A municipal childcare centre with 30 cradles,
- 1 health centre
Schedule:
2020: preparatory works and deconstruction
2021: start of construction works
2024: delivery of lots forOlympic and Paralympic Games
2025: reversibility works
