The ‘Terrain des Essences’ is currently being decontaminated and will be developed to host the archery events during the 2024 Games.
After the Games, the site will be landscaped and will offer a new area of biodiversity to the Georges Valbon departmental park with a surface of approximately 13 ha.

 

Schedule:

 

July 2019: signing of the objectives agreement

November 2021: award of the renaturation contract

May 2021: start of depollution works

November 2021: start of landscaping works

October 2023: provision of the site to Paris 2024
