The Media Village located in Dugny is sub-divided into 2 sectors: the Aire des Vents Southern Sector and the Plateau Sector. The real estate projects and consortia in charge of their creation will be announced in 2020. The Aire des Vents Southern Sector has a surface area of around 61,500m2 for dwellings.

– 2021: preparatory work

– 2022: construction work

– 2024: delivery of new neighbourhood and Games phase

– 2025: work to finalise public spaces
