The Porte de Paris entry and exit ramps will be temporarily closed during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The closure will become permanent for users as soon as the Pleyel interchange opens. Traffic will only be possible for authorized vehicles during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Legacy phase:

This operations consists in the development of the Pleyel and Porte de Paris interchange system, located respectively on the A86 and A1 freeways of the Francilien National Road Network, in the municipality of Saint-Denis, in the Seine-Saint-Denis department (93).

The project includes the permanent closure of the A1 access ramps at the Porte de Paris level and the creation of new ramps to restore the interchange functions with the A86 at the Pleyel interchange.

 

Schedule:

End of 2017: public consultation

2018: studies prior to the public inquiry

2019: public inquiry

Early 2021: start of works

End of 2023: opening of the Pleyel interchange

End of 2025: deconstruction of the Porte de Paris ramps

 

Contracting authority: Direction des Routes d’Ile-de-France (DIRIF)

Total budget: €95 million, including the State: €70.72 million, Ile-de-France Region: €24.28 million
