On 2 October, SOLIDEO launched the marketing of plots on which the new Media Cluster will be built. This consultation covers the two sectors presented on the map below:

• ”Aire des Vents” sector, 61,500 m² (in orange and red)
• ”Plateau” sector, 29,500 m² (in blue)

The finished project will include 1,300 homes, including 20% social housing, around 1,000 m² of local shops, a 40-place nursery, a school with reception and primary places and 16 classrooms, a sports halls and economic activities to be developed after the 2024 Games.

As for the timeline, the contracts will be announced in April 2020 and the construction work will start in 2021.
