On 28 November, the inhabitants of L’Ile-Saint-Denis were the first to discover and give their view on two architectural and planning proposals for the construction of the River Eco-district, which will be the site for part of the Athletes’ Village in 2024. The citizens’ opinion fed into the meeting of the jury, held on 5 December 2019, who awarded the last building lot to the Pichet-Legendre consortium.
In order to allow everyone to discover the heritage of the 2024 Games, which will impact the quality of life of local inhabitants, L’Ile-Saint-Denis, Plaine Commune and Plaine Commune Développement are organising an evening to present the River Eco-district project Before / After the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
