On Friday 22 November, the Selection Commission for the awarding of plots D and E in the Olympic and Paralympic Village, located in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, met to choose the winning consortium.
The winning architectural projects were unveiled: the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations Habitat (CDC Habitat) and Icade consortium was awarded Sector D while the Sector E was awarded to the Nexity and Eiffage consortium!
On Wednesday 20 November, the architectural projects were presented for the first time to the public to collect their opinion. This unique event allowed 96 contributions from citizens to be collected. These citizens were considered for presentation to the Selection Commission that met on Friday 22 November. SOLIDEO will sign the sales commitments with the consortia from mid-December onwards.
