On 13th September 2017, Paris was named host city for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Thus, the city is contributing to financing the Games and is also acting as project owner for various sites (Arena II, Paris Olympic Lanes and Pierre de Coubertin Stadium). https://www.paris.fr/
