Imagine a relaxation and leisure area in the Athletes’ Village from 2025. This will be created in the Urban Development Zone located between the communes of Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine and L’Île-Saint-Denis after the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

In November, the project proposed by the consortium made up of Nexity, Eiffage Immobilier, Groupama Immobilier and CDC Habitat and the coordinating architects CoBé and KOZ was selected to create part of the Athletes’ Village, located in the commune of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.
After the Olympic and Paralympic Games, this major project will be transformed into a completely redeveloped living area with accommodation, a nursery, business premises, shops and services as well as offices.

More particularly, a 6-storey office block in wood, designed by DREAM architects, will host a unique programme. As well as the offices, the venue will offer a “food court” on the ground floor, a lively “sports bar” on the rooftop as well as a glass basketball hall with 3 3×3 pitches This sports facility with a 10-metre high ceiling is the most original feature of the project.

With a breathtaking view over the Parisian skyline and La Défense, this is promising to be the place to be seen in 2025!
